Once the second video emerged, Ms. Brenes returned to Facebook and posted the following:
I did not know there was a second video, but my smartphone was stolen and thus it is possible that more things will come out. I think discussing this issue is tiresome, and I really don’t care what people say. I don’t think it is weird that a woman would gift such things to her spouse, and if people watch it and share it, they do it to harm me. If people privately download the videos and watch them is because they enjoy them.
Ms. Brenes used to be one of the top glamour models on the lingerie show circuit in Costa Rica. These are not fashion shows per se; they are mostly staged for the entertainment of fans who enjoy seeing curvaceous women walk around in sexy undergarments.
