ASHLAND A thief stole $500 worth of merchandise from the Victoria’s Secret lingerie store in the Ashland Town Center Mall on Monday, according to Ashland police.

Identity theft
A case of identity theft was reported Thursday by a man in the 700 block of May Court.
Theft
A man reported the theft of $127 in change overnight from his vehicle while it was parked outside his residence in the 200 block of Hilton Avenue.
Criminal mischief
Police are investigating graffiti tags found on several buildings downtown. They include Don’s Men’s Shop, the Ashland Plaza Hotel, Fields Flowers, The Independent, Calvary Episcopal Church and First Baptist Church.
