Halle Berry Debuts Lingerie Line

WENN

Oscar award-winning actress and producer Halle Berry will now become a fashion merchandiser/owner by launching the Parisian lingerie brand, Scandale, in the US. Sold at select Target stores and Target.com, Berry discovered the brand in France five years ago and decided to the partner with the owner of Hop Lun (HK) Ltd, Erik Ryd, to sell Scandale, globally. This makes Berry a co-owner instead of her usual endorsement deals for other brands.

The Scandale brand debuted in 1934. It’s described as a line that was designed for women who had multiple roles to fulfill in their lives such as careers, motherhood and marriage. The first collection will showcase 10 items including bras and panties. The price range is between $7 and $18. For more insight on Scandale, check out their Facebook page.

Check out the behind-the-scenes video with Halle Berry sharing why she decided to globally launch the classic brand.

Will you bring a little “Scandale” to the bedroom?

Watch pregnant catwalk models strut their stuff and bare their baby bumps in style

This footage shows the moment a procession of pregnant models took to the catwalk to bare their baby bumps in style.

Showcasing luxury underwear for mothers-to-be, You! is the first maternity brand to put on a fashion show at Lingerie Week in New York.

And there wasn’t a stick-thin model in sight when a host of expectant mothers turned on the style at the show last Saturday.

The idea for You! was born after founder, Uyo Okebie-Eichelberger struggled to find affordable and beautiful nursing lingerie as a first-time mother.

She found her options were either “boring, purely functional and bland maternity products or exorbitantly priced semi-exotic products”.

So she decided to do something about it.

She added: “You do not have to give up your fashionista style just because you are a mommy.”

The video was shot by ViveKaterin. See her YouTube channel here.
