The fitness fanatic, who runs her workout website, Results With Lucy, no doubt gave her boyfriend, gymnast Louis Smith something of a treat with the perfect picture. 

She has been lamenting the fact that she has to spend four weeks away from her man as he has work commitments. 

Her man: Lucy has been writing that she is missing her boyfriend, Louis Smith, as they have been apart for one month, while he competes in the World Championships in Glasgow  

Taking to social networking, she posted an image of a piece of paper, with the words: ‘I miss you,’ scrawled over it. 

She captioned it with the words: ‘It’s been a month only a couple of days to go!!! #longdistancerelationship.’ 

The day before, she wrote: ‘My babes got 15.533 on pommel today at the World Championships. So proud of @louissmith1989 even though he’s ill he still smashed it!!! 

‘So gutted I wasn’t there!! #glasgow2015 #gymnastics #worldchampionships #pommelhorse.’ 

Last week, Lucy embarked on a grueling, one in a lifetime hike up Mount Kilimanjaro.

Uploading the still on both Instagram and Twitter, Lucy tweeted: ‘Soo scared its summit night tomorrow ahhhh! I will be at the top of this! thanks for all the support’ (sic).
