We’re not surprised to see that Pez dispenser of self-love, Beyoncé, has inspired another inspirational woman to get off on her own gorgeous body by singing.

In honor of Bey’s birthday today, Denise Bidot took a bathroom video of herself slowly rolling in black underthings to Destiny’s Child’s “No no no no.” The fact that the human embodiment of hotness gave us this window into her life before clothes confirms that life is extremely fair, actually. Preview: LIP BITING HAPPENS. This is all the inspiration we need to lock ourselves in the bathroom and start on a body acceptance journey with zero men and only radio hits from ’98.

Cancel Labor Day weekend, we cannot stop watching Denise vibe out. We’ll just leave this here in case you want to go to the bathroom at work and throw a self-love party for one. Try not to get fired.
