Hilaria Baldwin bared her post-baby body without fear just two weeks after giving birth. Hilaria, who is the wife of Alec Baldwin, is famed for her yoga expertise, and that flat post-baby belly proves she knows how to use those sun salutations for slimming down, reports Life Style.

At 31, Hilaria is now mother to two little ones, and Baldwin decided to share her post-baby pictures through the weeks to show her progress in restoring her shape.

“I have been planning on doing post-belly photos but didn’t know if I was gonna have the guts to actually follow through,” explained Hilaria on social media. “I hope you understand my intention here: I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of a battle bringing life into this world.”

And although Baldwin missed one week, she’s now back on track for flaunting her fit and fab figure.

“Rafael was two weeks yesterday and I didn’t post my weekly #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump,” wrote Hilaria in her most recent selfie. “Carmen has come in while I’m showering and getting ready for the day to terrorize my cosmetic products…My lipsticks are shaking in fear! #SeeThatFace?!”

Alec and Hilaria’s daughter, Carmen, is 22-months old, reported Us Weekly.

Hilaria is a yoga instructor, correspondent for Extra, and co-founder of Yoga Vida. And she’s proud of her daughter’s love for her new little brother.

“She’s a good big sister,” boasted Baldwin.

Yoga Vida was founded to make yoga accessible to everyone, according to the company’s web site.

“At our studios we make yoga accessible and inclusive — without judgment, pressure or demands. This is yoga for everyone,” emphasize the co-founders.

In addition to Hilaria, Mike Patton co-founded Yoga Vida in 2009. He’s a former college ice hockey player who went to Princeton University and became a yogi. The yoga classes provided emphasize individuality.

“The Yoga Vida method connects purposeful movements with conscious breath, and our educational approach improves body awareness and promotes individual choice. We present yoga in a way that helps you think independently so you can incorporate what you learn into your life beyond the mat.”

Baldwin has become famous for sharing her yoga poses on Instagram, reported Today.

Her favorite hashtags include #yogapostureoftheday and #hilariaypd, and Hilaria loves to pose in places ranging from before her refrigerator to on the street.

As the Inquisitr reported, Lori Loughlin also credits yoga for helping her look and feel fit and fabulous.
