Kelly Osbourne and her weight loss is a breath of fresh air Hollywood where crash diets and excessive exercise is the trend. Osbourne shared with UK’s Cosmopolitan Body that the secret to her weight loss was not actually about dieting or exercising. Firstly, it required loving herself.
“People think I lost weight and that’s what made me happier. That’s not true: I had to learn to love myself first,” Kelly Osbourne, 28, said.
“Losing weight was just one benefit of putting the hard work in and sorting myself out on the inside first through therapy,” she continued. “That was one of the scariest times of my life. I swear I’ve never felt more naked, because I had to actually be me and couldn’t mask it.”

Osbourne has lost over 60lbs and works everyday to maintain her figure. Although Osbourne has adapted a healthy lifestyle, she admits exercise was not always easy.
“When I started exercising I couldn’t even do one sit-up,” Osbourne said. “By the end of the first week I could do three, and that was a big deal. Now I work out every day and I just don’t feel good if I miss it. It’s amazing how quickly your fitness builds, but you have to really want it.”
Osbourne also shared her joy of wearing a custom couture gown by Zac Posen at the 2012 Emmy Awards; it was a moment she would have never dreamed of.
“I learned to respect and love myself – something I didn’t think I would ever be capable of,” continued Osbourne. “I put on my dress, and when I looked at myself in the mirror I cried. Never in my life did I think that Zac Posen would fly in a dress for me that he could have given to any nominee. It fit me perfectly!”
Osbourne is landed the cover of Cosmo Body. She sports a sexy bikini on the cover and more lingerie on the inside. The magazine will be on stands on Dec. 27.

Karrueche Tran is taking a page out of Rihanna’s playbook for the holidays, stripping down in a new pic for Instagram. While Karrueche certainly looks sexy, the message is more telling than anything else. Karrueche says, “Merry Christmas baby.” Is she talking to Chris Brown?
Karrueche is either trying to get Chris’ attention or she’s simply mocking Rihanna. Immediately after sending out her sexy lingerie pic, Karrueche posted a photo with a life lesson — something Rihanna is known for on Twitter.
“The power of the Mind,” Karrueche tweeted, which held the message, “One of the best lessons you can learn in life is to master how to remain calm.”
Perhaps the love triangle she’s involved in with Rihanna and Chris is starting to get the best of her emotions. And now, she appears to be resorting to mocking Rihanna.
However, it could be Karrueche’s lucky week because a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that KT may be spending the holidays with Chris.
Our source says, “As far as KT goes, she in LA holding it down for [Chris]. She making him feel wanted and wants to spend time with him and be with him over Christmas.”
Karrueche also tweeted, “You’ve been naughty but I’ma act like you’ve been nice.” Could she be forgiving Chris?
Chris, 23, is currently wrapping up his international tour, Carpe Diem, just in time for the holidays.
