Lingerie Football League Tryout Date Is Nov. 10 - Loganville Patch
The planned Atlanta franchise of the Lingerie Football League, which has scheduled two games in Gwinnett in 2013, has announced an open tryout date in the Atlanta area in November.
According to a league news release, the tryout will be on Saturday, Nov. 10 in Fairburn, which is in southeast Fulton County. The location will be Score Indoor, 1245 Oakley Industrial Boulevard, 30213. The session begins at 1 p.m. Visit Loganville Patch for more on this story.

A tree limb, blown down by winds from Hurricane Sandy, hit Tripp Halstead in the head at his daycare over one week ago, critically injuring his brain. But there have been some positive signs of improvement recently, reports wsbtv.com.

Cars Burglarized on Lockwood Avenue
- A resident in the 16100 block of Lockwood Avenue notified police that sometime between 8 p.m. Oct. 29 and 7 a.m. Oct. 30, an unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and removed a Sony GPS unit. The victim said that the vehicle was left unlocked in the driveway of their home. A neighbor of the victim said that they heard the vehicle’s alarm going off at 4:30 a.m. that morning, but did not see anyone.
- A victim in the 16100 block of Lockwood Avenue notified police that sometime between 12:15 a.m. And 7 a.m. An unknown person(s) smashed in their rear driver’s side window. The victim told officers that the only thing missing from the vehicle was a work bag, which contained objects related to home health care. The victim said they were unsure exactly what was in the bag, but would contact their employer for a full list of items and their value.
That’s Not My Secret
A resident in the 5500 block of Ellen Court notified police that they were the victim of financial identity theft. The victim told police that an unknown person(s) had opened a Victoria’s Secret charge card account and charged nearly $750 to the account.
The victim told officers that they contacted the credit card company and closed the account and that they wished to file a report to start a fraud investigation with the company.
