Nadia Forde shows off her incredible weight loss

Nadia Forde is clearly proud of all her hours at the gym.

The model turned reality tv star (26) has shed more than 20 pounds in the last year, crediting daily boxing classes and eating well for her toned physique.

But in her latest picture, she appears to have further toned her figure and proudly posted a selfie of her in lingerie during a recent trip to Los Angeles. The former photocall model, who shot to UK prominence with a role in ITV’s I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here was criticised at the time for her curvy frame, but she said she wouldn’t let the body trolls get in the way of her confidence.

“People in LA have told me I could slim down,” she told The Herald last year, during her first trip to the City of Angels. “You’re encouraged in a way to get fit and I do like working out anyway but the fact is, I’m a curvy girl.

“My mum’s Italian so I have curves and a natural figure so I’m going to embrace that. I look after myself but I don’t deprive myself of treats.”

“I think it’s all about moderation and that’s the bottom line. I think once you have a healthy lifestyle and you’re working out and you’re not starving yourself, you’re fine. It’s easy to be tiny in LA.”

Forde is back in LA and even had a reunion with former jungle campmate Kendra Wilkinson, best known for being one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends with a string of reality tv shows.

The Dubliner has been hitting the gym for daily sessions with a Clontarf based fitness centre since May and further developed her new passion for fitness.

She recently attended a bootcamp in Ibiza, where she attended 7am circuit classes, cardio workouts, two hour hikes, yoga and strength classes.

Binky, who is currently loved-up with co-star Josh ‘JP’ Patterson, seductively parades her toned and slender curves in all its glory.

Taking about the pressures of appearing on reality TV in the accompanying interview, the British beauty said she was initially apprehensive about how she would come across on MIC.

‘We were all worried about how we would came across, but now we forget the cameras are there and just be ourselves,’ she confessed. ‘We have a bit of fun with it.

‘I always say to new people coming in that the secret is not to take yourself too seriously – it’s supposed to be entertainment.’

Meanwhile, the E4 star – who has appeared on the series since its conception in 2011- recently launched her very racy fashion line.

Speaking to FEMAIL about her Christmas range, Binky said: ‘I was sick of struggling to find comfy but sexy clothes.

‘I am not a bandage dress girl, I am the average girl who some days wants to feel great but hide her body every now and again.’
