Ashley, who has been designing her own lingerie in collaboration with the Canadian brand since 2013, said she wanted to launch the line in the US after noticing a void in the market for plus-size lingerie

Filling the gap: Ashley decided to release her line in the US after having trouble finding bras that were both ‘sexy and supportive’

‘I could find sexy bras and I could find supportive bras, but it was never sexy and supportive together,’ explained the Nebraskan native.

In the new promotional shots for the line, Ashley shows off her famous curves in a sexy cut out bra and tight high-waisted underwear while snuggling a fur stole, as well as posing in a slinky dark blue negligee featuring chest grazing straps and lace see-through paneling on the sides. 

The rest of line, which is designed to offer ‘sex appeal, comfort and support’, features soft and shiny micro-lace bras and panties as well as an elegant and seductive kimono.

All the designs are priced under $100 and start at size 12, and will be available in American at select Nordstrom Locations and Nordstrom.com from August 10.

Spice up your lingerie collection with Addition-Elle

‘ALDA is a new collective of models that represents beauty without divisions, boundaries, and – most importantly – beauty that doesn’t conform to any body shape or size,’ states the Alda website.

More than just support: Ashley has long been an advocate for body confidence and has been candid about her struggles in the fashion industry as a plus-sized woman 

In an interview with Glamour magazine, Icelandic model Eiriksdottir explained: ‘We had all worked together for many years before our agency closed a lot of their divisions including plus size, which is the one we were in.

‘I contacted the girls I knew and the ones that had been the most successful in the business to see how we could, as a group, have impact on the business.’

She added: ‘It’s exciting to see the positive change in the industry, and we already see a lot more diversity in age, size and race than before in magazines and on the runways.’

Crochet your way into a push up bikini

In the first image shared on Instagram, Nicole is seen wearing a mustard coloured two piece Triangl Swimwear number complete with white and black crochet detailing.

The balconette bra shows off the model’s ample cleavage, as she poses with her dark locks tousled to perfection and cascading effortlessly around her face.

Obviously taking advantage of her sound-asleep bub, the multitasking mum held her iPhone up to her face with a lean arm to get the perfect shot.

Her engagement ring was noticeably absent from her left hand, although she accessorised the summer look with a gold Cartier bangle on her right arm.

The brunette beauty popped one of her gazelle like legs out as she stood in front of her huge king size bed which appeared to have accumulated a large pile of clothes and childrens toys.

‘#mumlife #nofilter,’ she captioned the racy image.

Appearing to be makeup free the new mum showed off her relatively natural glow.

The second shot shared by the exotic stunner shows her modelling an Aztec printed black and white cut out swimsuit from Zulu and Zephyr, which appears to have been given to the model as a gift.

‘Love this one @zuluandzephyr,’ she wrote as the caption.

‘Sorry my room is a mess! Too many gifts #luckygirl.’

With shoe string lace wrapping around her taut midriff, the high-waisted piece emphasised the catwalk queens washboard abs that provided no hint of her recent birth to baby Zion.

The model’s fans were quick to flood the images with comments remarking on her long trim frame.

‘Awww wow you are flawless and beautiful,’ complemented a fan.

‘How did you just have a baby??? Your body looks amazing,’ wrote another.

On Thursday Nicole turned heads as she was seen heading to a modelling job in New York.

Looking glamorous, she showed off a hint of her black bra underneath a white tank top, which she teamed with casual black skinny jeans that were ripped down the front.

Earlier this the week the Perth-born model was also spotted sashaying around the bustling streets of New York with her little boy Zion held tenderly in her arms.

Meanwhile, the model has also recently been on a mission to make public breastfeeding more acceptable.

Writing on Instagram earlier this year, she said ‘A woman should not feel embarrassed or any sort of way when she needs to feed her child, she should not have to think twice.

‘It is a natural thing to do and it’s beautiful, we should not be ashamed of it, otherwise we will pass that energy to our precious, vulnerable and sensitive baby.

‘Breastfeeding in public should be more socially acceptable, whether you choose to cover yourself or not. At times, I cover myself and my son, depending on the situation.

‘Ultimately it should be whatever the mother chooses is best for her, and her baby. ‘I also want to be clear I am also pro bottle feeding, this is not to discriminate against any way a mother feeds her child.

‘Breastfeeding is a life-giving act and it needs to be celebrated. I’m calling all mothers all over the world to take a stand!’

The subscription-only issue featured an image of Nicole breastfeeding the son she shares with fiance and musician Gary Clark Jr.

The loved up pair are planning to wed around a Texan barbecue, now that she says her life feels more ‘complete’ since Zion was born (she is fascinated by his every move and is ‘totally in ‘love’, she says), the couple feel ready to tie the knot. 

The striking brunette was plucked by talent scouts as a teenager in year 10 at school while on a shopping trip to Sydney and hasn’t looked back since.

After winning the Australian television series Supermodel of Australia in 2002 and ranking second in the international version, Supermodel of the World, her profile now boasts a long list of designers for whom she has modeled.

Nicole has been a muse for designers Chanel, Dolce Gabbana, Versace, Christian Dior, Gucci, Fendi, and Vivienne Westwood, among others and has been the face of American beauty brand Ulta.
