Posing in a candy-coloured pink bra and knicker set, which features accents of black lace, the reality TV star confidently blows a piece of bubble gum as she stares down the camera.

Glowing from head-to-toe, the beauty is all enviable toned arms, legs and washboard abs, as she flicks her curled locks over one shoulder.

Her flawless features are made over with a smokey eye, bold lashes and a strong brow, a shimmer of illuminator dancing across her defined cheekbones.

Leaning over to whisper in the ear of her modeling comrade, Aisha shows off her natural ease in front of the lens, as the girls are framed by a pair of giant X and O balloons.

Turned to the side, the Sydney-based stunner’s collection of tattoos are exposed to the eye, the edge of a bird marking her left ribs, and two smaller tattoos exposed on her arm.

Feeling bloated after meals, Aisha sought medical advice and discovered she was suffering from coeliac disease and has carefully adapted her diet.

The stunner is currently enjoying a long distance relationship with her Big Brother boyfriend, who lives in Melbourne, while she is in Sydney working on her modeling career.

Break a sweat in an adidas sports bra like Lena

Not stopping her! A few weeks ago she told her social media followers that she planned to go through with her fitness sessions despite not having the proper attire, instead she settled for ill-fitting leggings and a large sports bra

In fact, last month the comedic-actress told her fans that ‘it has helped with my anxiety in ways I never dreamed possible.’ 

‘To those struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression: I know it’s mad annoying when people tell you to exercise, and it took me about 16 medicated years to listen. I’m glad I did,’ she captioned a photo of her figure in leggings and a yellow sports bra.

She added: ‘It ain’t about the ass, it’s about the brain.’

On one of her most recent sessions, she shared with her Instagram fans that she had to wear ill-fitting workout gear because she forgot to bring the proper clothes.

Still, she remained undaunted and did not let it – along with balancing her career – interfere with her workout plans. 

She explained: ‘Promised myself I would not let exercise be the first thing to go by the wayside when I got busy with Girls Season 5. Had to snag a size large bra and size small pants (wrong in myriad ways.) But do we soldier on? Yes, yes we do because we want to be a strong happy lady #largebrasmallpantscantlose.’ 

Meanwhile, Lena’s series Girls, which follows a group of friends who are in their 20s living in New York City, wrapped its fourth season in March and will return for a fifth season next year.
