Any vices?

If I’m craving a double-cheese pizza, I’ll do it – but I don’t do it too often! And I love Mexican food, but it’s so fattening. Thank God Britain doesn’t have too many really good Mexican joints!

Ever have plastic surgery?

Of course I would – if things started to go haywire. But do you know what? I do have wrinkles round my eyes and I’m OK with that. I’m 44, for God’s sake.

Healthy eater: Breakfast is a smoothie with kale, chard and spinach. Lunch is vegetable patties

Any family ailments?

Yes. My mum’s father and my father’s mother passed away with pancreatic cancer, so I have tests done every other year.

Health book that changed your life?

The Alkaline Cure by Dr Stephan Domenig. We eat a mainly alkaline diet. My boys have meat, which is acidic, but they need it as they are growing. I am obsessed with drinking alkaline water. I have this machine called a Kangen, which reduces the acidity of water.

Is sex important?

Totally. I give a lot of speeches and I tell women that not only is sex good for your health, but it’s obviously good for your relationship.

alternative medicine?

Oh, yes – I have a homeopath, a naturopath and an acupuncturist, the whole nine yards. I had problems getting pregnant and I do think complementary therapies helped.

Hangover cure?

Alkaline water with Dioralyte (rehydration salts) puts back all the minerals that alcohol drains away. I usually take two sachets at once in water – 20 minutes later I’m fine.

What keeps you awake?

I worry a lot about my children. You should see my house – I have padding and gates all over it.

Like to live for ever?

Absolutely not – but while I am on this Earth, I want to live really well.

Her sexy shoot comes after estranged husband Professor Green – real name Stephen Manderson – appeared to take a stab at their failed marriage.

Pro Green stars in the new motor racing show Drive, alongside seven others celebrities, who he praised as ‘incredible conversationalists.’

He said of the experience: ‘It’s been the best gang. Everyone’s really bonded. We’ve already organising a reunion! 

The rapper added: ‘We’ve just had incredible conversation, great company, and we all challenge each other.

The model was spotted kissing her former Made In Chelsea co-star and lover Hugo, 29, at the British Polo Day in Dubai on Friday. 

Wearing a blue and white dress, Millie was seen with her arms around sunglasses entrepreneur Hugo as they kissed at a table at the event .

An onlooker at the Polo said Millie appeared to be emotional and covered her face as she chatted quietly to Hugo. 

The fashionista’s current holiday comes just five weeks after she and Prof Green announced they had separated after just over two years of marriage. 

In a statement at the time, they said: ‘It is with sadness and regret that we confirm our separation. 

‘It is a mutual decision, we still care deeply about each other and would like it to be known that it is on amicable terms and we wish each other well.’ 

Turning back time? Millie is thought to be getting close with Made In Chelsea ex-boyfriend Hugo Taylor (here in July 2011) in the wake of her split, because she was seen getting close to him in Dubai this month
