Casey recently proved that her slender figure isn’t without hard work and determination, however, as she was spotted working up a sweat during an intense boot camp in Kent last week. 

The model was put through her paces as she threw herself into a variety of exercises at the week-long camp, her personal trainer spurring her on with a string of encouragement.

In the past few years Casey has embarked upon a healthier lifestyle to achieve a more toned figure.

She even even underwent a breast reduction in 2014 after admitting that her breasts provoked a great deal of insecurity.
