Perry Ellis reaches licensing deal for lingerie

Perry Ellis International will license the rights to distribute its lingerie and sleepwear to Sensual Inc., a division of USA Apparel Group.

The company markets its lingerie collection under the brand-name Rafaella.

“The success and global reach of the Rafaella brand is driven by our capability to offer sophisticated lifestyle styling that appeals to a wide-range of women across our many product offerings. We welcome Sensual Inc.’s partnership to enhance our portfolio, and are delighted with the potential this collaboration offers in bringing further expansion to our overall global reach,” said Oscar Feldenkreis, president and chief operating officer of Perry Ellis.

Perry Ellis said Tuesday that its revenues for fiscal year 2015 fell $22 million short of projections, largely because of a slowdown at West Coast ports. It has said it will seek new licensing deals as a way to boost earnings.

Sensual will be incorporating the Rafaella brand with a planned distribution launch in department and lingerie stores as well as through targeted intimate apparel e-commerce channels.

Cindy Crawford’s Unretouched Lingerie Photo Goes Viral

Cindy Crawford looks beautiful – with or without Photoshop!

In a photo that leaked on the Internet, the supermodel, 48, is seen showing off her real-woman physique in lingerie and a fur coat. The photo is actually an unaltered version from a series shot for a December 2013 cover story from Marie Claire Mexico and Latin America.

“An unretouched photo of Cindy Crawford has been circulating on Twitter this morning, revealing a body that defies expectations – it is real, it is honest, and it is gorgeous,” the magazine posted on its website.

While it seems the photo was leaked without Marie Claire‘s permission, the magazine is proud that the picture is now out there.

“No matter where the photo came from, it’s an enlightenment – we’ve always known Crawford was beautiful, but seeing her like this only makes us love her more,” continued the post.

Following the photo leak, Crawford’s husband Randy Gerber posted his own seemingly unretouched photo of the model on his Instagram account. The Valentine’s Day snap shows Crawford reclined by a pool in a bikini with the caption, “She got flowers and I got her. Happy Valentines Day @cindycrawford.”

Crawford, whose rep has not yet responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment, has spoken about how motherhood changed her body.

“When I was 23 other women could look at me and say, ‘Well, she’s never had kids,’ but now I have and I know what it’s like to have to lose baby weight,” she said in a past interview. “It is a huge change for your body. You don’t even want to look in the mirror after you’ve had a baby because your stomach is hanging there like a Shar-Pei.”

“Even I don’t wake up looking like Cindy Crawford,” she continued. “I have fat days, ugly days, blimp days, days that I just feel terrible about myself. I don’t want to have to be beautiful all the time.”
