- We noted a few weeks back via SquaredCircleSirens.com that a dozen female talents took part in tryouts at the WWE Performance Center, including some former Tough Enough hopefuls. Another talent who tried out is former Lingerie Football League star Liz Gorman. The 28 year old was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2010 and was nominated in 2011. She was a LFL All Star in 2010 and 2011, and inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. Squared Circle Sirens notes that Gorman was brought in for a tryout after Tough Enough top 40 finalist Samantha Sage discovered she was pregnant and had to drop out of the tryout.

Above is video of Gorman in action with the LFL, which is now known as the Legends Football League. WWE Diva Summer Rae played there before joining the company.

- As noted, Monday’s WWE RAW in Boston drew 3.378 million viewers, up from last week’s record low 3.333 million viewers. The final rating for last night’s show was a 2.35, up from last week’s 2.33, which was a new low going back to the 1990′s.

- John Morrison vs. Sonjay Dutt has been announced for the November 28th WrestleCade event in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. WWE Hall of Famer Booker T cut this promo on his appearance with brother Stevie Ray as Harlem Heat. Booker is also bringing his Reality of Wrestling stars to the event. The main event will see Jeff Jarrett face WrestleCade Champion Matt Hardy. Tickets and full details on the big event can be found at this link.

Meet Alli Alberts: Dentist by Day, Lingerie Football Player by Night

Alli Alberts isn’t your typical 28-year-old woman. A general dentist by day, the Illinois native also plays for the Legends Football League (formerly Lingerie Football League) as a wide receiver.

“I always played football with the boys, and after college I was on a lot of flag football teams,” she tells PEOPLE. But after seeing the LFL on TV one day, she knew: “This sport was made for me.”

In the new TV series Pretty Strong, cameras follow the former high school valedictorian and college athlete as she juggles her two drastically different worlds – as well as her dating life.

“Guys are always like, ‘That’s so cool,’ ” Alberts says. “It’s always the first thing when I had a Tinder profile – that was the first question I would get. ‘What do you play, what your position?’ It’s always a good thing, but I’m sure guys are intimidated.”

And since she plays in a barely there uniform, Alberts makes sure to keep her body in tip-top shape.

“It leaves very little to the imagination,” she says. “But I knew what the uniforms looked like before I got into this. That’s why I’m so clear about my diet and exercise. I don’t want to be thinking about that during the game. I only want to be thinking about football.”

Her regimen includes working out with the team and eating right.

“We practice every week and we’re doing a lot of sprinting during that time so it keeps me pretty fit during the season,” she says. Alberts adds she eats a lot of veggies but doesn’t worry about portions.

“I’m not one of those people who can eat just a half of a sandwich. No dude. I need to eat.”

Pretty Strong premieres Oct. 6 at 10 p.m on Oxygen.
