‘We didn’t really date, we just hung out,’ she told the publication. ‘As soon as we met, we instantly started this flirtation and I mean he flirts with everyone but I went to his house a few times and had dinner – he likes to eat there. It could have gone in that direction but it never quite did.’

And Simon – in a relationship with Lauren Silverman, the mother of his baby son Eric – is getting a look at what he missed out on, thanks to Carmen’s sizzling shoot accompanying the interview.

In the colourful shots, the 42-year-old stunner is seen posing in a pink-and-silver satin lingerie, given a racy edge with the addition of fishnet tights and bright orange strappy peep-toe heels.

With her long ombré locks set in a wavy style, the former Playboy model poses with a faux fur stole, while she accessorizes with a chunky necklace and bracelet.

Let’s get physical: Posing with muscle-clad models, she also wears hotter-than-average workout gear

In another shot, she is shown a barely-there tasselled swimsuit, teamed with neon green leg warmers and patterned green heels.

In the workout-inspired set, she poses with hunky, muscle-clad men as she vamps it up for the camera.

Finally, Carmen changes gears when she slips into a studded silver swimsuit, showing off some serious side-boob in the process.

During her interview with Loverboy, she also gives advice on how to be sexy, explaining: ‘I would say, first and foremost, confidence is the key because you need to get over your insecurities so that when you walk in that room, people can feel your energy and they are instantly attracted to you. You’ve got to have that sparkle in your eye.’

Michael Turnbull, editor-in-chief of the magazine, said of Carmen’s shoot: ’We were so excited to work with Carmen Electra for our second issue.

‘She represents everything that Loverboy is about – she’s sexy, she’s camp and as these pictures show she knows the two most important things to have with you at the gym are a pair of heels and some hot boys.’

Along with the theatrical look Dita dons long glamorous dangly earrings, while her dark curled hair is tucked behind her ears.

Shot in Los Angeles by renowned photographer, Albert Sanchez, the campaign is Dita’s vision and includes her own vintage car and personal vintage accessories.

A final shot sees Dita modelling the Black Dahlia lingerie set as she stands alone in what looks like a hotel corridor with her arms out stretched to either side as she puts her hands out to the walls.

Showing her perfect poise the classic beauty looks well balanced as she stands in strappy black heels.
