Kylie Jenner’s Halloween Costume is Basically Lingerie

It’s not earth-shattering news to hear that Kylie Jenner wore a skimpy outfit that showed off her svelte figure, but it is kind of alarming that the 17-year-old wore nothing but lingerie, a black leather jacket, and black lipstick for her Halloween costume.

What would Bruce Jenner have to say about this?

We’re not exactly sure what Kylie’s trying to be — other than hot — in which case she succeeded. But you know what the Mean Girls say, Halloween is the one night a year when a girl can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it. So in that case, we’ll keep our mouths shut.
