In the accompanying interview, the actress gushes over her incredible journey, which has seen her go from Brit beauty queen to one of Bollywood’s biggest rising stars.

From Bollywood to bed! India’s rising movie star Amy Jackson features in a racy lingerie shoot for Maxim India, teasingly titled ‘In Bed With Amy Jackson’

In the shoot, which is dubbed ‘In bed with Amy Jackson’, the brunette beauty is seen lounging in a bedroom, showing off the body that made her a Bollywood star in a set of lacy white lingerie.

With a white shirt slipping off her shoulder, Amy’s bronzed skin is on full display, while her dark hair is teased into messy bed-head curls.

The cover shot shows the actress again in bed, this time in just a sweater, as she kneels for the camera.

In the interview, Amy admits she relishes her rare time off and loves to spend her down time at home, which is either with her family back in London or in her plush apartment in Mumbai

‘You’d usually catch me in yoga pants when I’m relaxing at home,’ she admits. ‘But I love to dress up too! Life’s too short to wear boring clothes, you know?,’ she says.

The Liverpudlian adds that she loves her alone time, after spending much of her life surrounded by hundreds of cast and crew on the sets of her big Bollywood productions. ‘I enjoy my own company because it lets me reconnect with myself and I get a time-out from everything else,’ she explains.

With over a million followers combined on her Instagram and Twitter accounts and five films under her belt, Amy is big news in India, and her latest movie I is also making waves back home in Britain.

Amazingly the star had never acted before her 2010 debut movie, and just to complicate matters – she also couldn’t speak a word of Hindi.

‘Kollywood’ director A. L. Vijay (a huge name in the Tamil movie industry) happened upon Amy’s modelling picture after she won the Miss Teen World beauty contest at the age of 17. Just two months later he had offered her the lead in Madrasapattinam.

Fast forward five years, and Amy is now starring in the epic, I, her fifth Indian movie. Directed by the hugely respected Shankar Shanmugham, the three hour tale is a spin on the Beauty and the Beast classic, and also stars Chiyaan Vikram.

It was announced a few weeks ago that Amy has landed another huge part, replacing Kriti Sanon to star opposite Akshay Kumar in the much talked about Singh Is Bling.

Coco, a former Playboy model, is perhaps best known for her relationship with rapper Ice-T – real name Tracy Marrow – who she was first introduced to in 2001.

The couple married at the start of the next year and have been virtually inseparable since.

They were the subject of E! television programme Ice Loves Coco in 2011 when they decided to turn their lives into a reality documentary.

She launched her fashion line Licious, for women with curves, in 2009 and now extends it to racy lingerie.
