She’s one of the world’s top models and travels the globe for work.

But in Doutzen Kroes’ latest snap, taken in her latest hotel room, it wasn’t the plush surroundings that caught the eye.

The lingerie-clad 31-year-old was seen showing off almost every inch of her lean, willowy curves in the photo, taken as she sat on her bed in the reflection of a mirror.

Although slightly obscured by the wooden edges of the panelled wardrobe door, her endless legs, slim waistline and shapely, pert derriere were still clearly visible.

The Dutch darling wore very little for her saucy selfie, teaming a pair of hip-skimming black briefs with a tiny crop top-style bralet, cut to just below her bust.

She sat on the edge of the bed with her bottom jutting outwards, drawing attention to her curved back and slim pins, as she added to the snap: ‘#hotellife.’

The former Victoria’s Secret stunner appeared to be taking some time out to relax while on her latest work mission, although it’s not known exactly where in the world she is at present.

Just a few days prior, Doutzen teased her nearly 4m Instagram followers again with another gorgeous snap, posted just after her birthday.

Wearing nothing but a cropped t-shirt and tiny peach panties, she revealed her envy-inducing slim stomach and shapely rear.

On Saturday, mother-of-two Doutzen celebrated her 31st birthday with a big night out, along with a group of gal pals and DJ husband Sunnery Gorré

She flashed her abs in a lumberjack shirt tied at the mid-riff and wore her hair back in a ponytail.

Doutzen’s modelling career may have began in earnest in 2001 when she moved to New York from the small village of Eastermar, aged 18, but the 5ft 9in had always had aspirations of being famous.

Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, she said: ‘I wanted to become a teacher like my mother, or a charity worker. But my mom says that when I was younger I told her, “People are going to know me,” so I guess I always had that idea.

‘We didn’t have fashion magazines around the house, so I would see someone like Jennifer Lopez’s CD covers and think, “I would love to have hair or makeup like that.” I secretly sent my pictures to a modeling agency in Amsterdam, and they sent me to New York.’

The former Victoria’s Secret model was the second highest paid model in the world in 2014 behind Gisele Bundchen, and has a long-running relationship with L’Oreal Paris, for whom she is a brand ambassador.

White can be a tricky colour to pull off at the best of times, let alone in the depths of winter.

But if you get it right, it’s a fabulous way to stand out from the crowd of all-black looks that dominate at this time of year. Or perhaps you’ve got some winter sun planned in which case a white dress is just the thing to set off your off season tan.

Take a look at Doutzen Kroes for inspiration. The Dutch supermodel is one of our top girl crushes and this look that she wore to a Vogue event last year just confirms her style maven status.

Her gown is by Calvin Klein Collection and we love the way it skims her curves and hangs on by barely there straps at the shoulder. She looks divine and you can too if you shop our edit of similar white slip dresses below.

Equipment’s silk version is our favourite but there are summery bargains to be found at Asos and Missguided too.

SUNDAY

Grease: Live 7 p.m., Fox

Fox has gotten very “Marcia Marcia Marcia” about NBC’s success with live musicals such as “The Wiz.” So on Sunday, the network will feature its own live theater with a production of “Grease” starring Julianne Hough as Sandy, Aaron Tveit as Danny, and Vanessa Hudgens as Rizzo. Oh yeah, and Eve Plumb, Jan from “The Brady Bunch,” is on board, as Mrs. Murdock.

MONDAY

Recovery Road 9 p.m., Freeform

First, let me address the big question: What is Freeform? It’s the new name for ABC Family. It’s supposed to be a better name, I’m guessing. But to me, Freeform sounds like a lingerie style, or an exercise program. And what about “Recovery Road”? It’s a drama about a high school party girl named Maddie (Jessica Sula) who is forced to live in a recovery facility after she’s caught with vodka in her locker. Based on Blake Nelson’s 2011 young adult novel, it’s earnest, sweet, and soapy.

TUESDAY

Outsiders 9 p.m., WGN America

This basic cable network made its first foray into prestige drama with “Manhattan,” a story set during the creation of the first nuclear weapons. Now the network has a second big series. It’s about the violence-loving Farrell clan of the hills of Appalachia and their struggle with a coal company that wants to mine nearby. Among the stars: David Morse, Ryan Hurst, Phyllis Somerville, and Thomas M. Wright.

WEDNESDAY

American Crime 10 p.m., ABC

The tone of John Ridley’s anthology series can be heavy and heavy-handed, as it explores the intersection of victims, perpetrators, and the criminal justice system. It’s all a little too emotionally heated-up for me, lacking in the ordinary moments that can make the dramatic scenes more powerful. Big statements about class, race, and gender are at every corner, along with penetrating close-ups of the actors. In other words, “American Crime” is not very subtle. That said, the acting is
aces this season, with a story about a boy raped by male athletes at an elite private school.

THURSDAY

You, Me and the Apocalypse 8 p.m., NBC

A comet is heading toward Earth, and everyone is going to die in 34 days. Laughing yet? But this comedy, featuring entertaining work from Rob Lowe, Megan Mullally, and Jenna Fischer, is wacky, unique, and, at moments, effectively dramatic. It’s a goof on cultural fixation on Armageddon, a canny riff on Christian notions, and a look at what really matters in the long run.

FRIDAY

Truth and Power 10 p.m., Pivot

Nonfiction shows are having a burst of popularity with “The Jinx” and “Making a Murderer.” Now, Pivot is adding this 10-part series that monitors private institutions and the government for breaks in the public trust.

SATURDAY

Manson’s Lost Girls 8 p.m.,
Lifetime

This scripted movie tells the story of Linda Kasabian and the other women who were members of Charles Manson’s cult and accomplices in the “Helter Skelter” murder s.
