Using the picture to promote her fitness and health brand, Results With Lucy, the former TOWIE star proved that self promotion is indeed the best type of advertising.

Currently dating Louis Smith, Lucy also shared a picture of Sunday dinner as she enjoyed another date night with the Olympic champion.

Clearly in awe of one another, the couple recently joined concert goers at London’s O2 Arena at the John Legend show on Thursday.

Looking the part for their evening, the gym enthusiast stunned vibrant in a peach dress comprised of a fitted, sleeveless bodice and loose fitting pleated skirt.

Meanwhile gymnast Louis, 26, sported a raffish wide-brimmed black hat over his smart blazer, whites shirt and jeans combination. 

Ahead of the concert, the couple, who have been dating since last December, were hand in hand as they made their way to Canary Wharf restaurant Roka.

Once at the show, Lucy gifted her fans with a picture of her and Louis as they overlooked the arena, the caption on the snap read: ‘Watching John Legend at the O2 with @louissmith1989 #O2Arena’.

So impressed with the results, Zoe’s set to do the cleanse again this month along with some of her Instagram followers that she’s recruited along for the ride.

The body overhaul was possibly a post break-up project to throw herself into, after the Bachelor star broke up with her boyfriend of six months, The Voice Australia contestant, Sam Ludeman.

The couple called it quits in March this year and it’s believed Zoe is off the market again, after being linked to Married At First Sight star Michael O’Dea.
