BEVERLY HILLS (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – “Vanderpump” underwear, lingerie and even thongs are ready to battle the Maloof Hoof. Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd are pursuing an underwear line, along with a bedding and jewelry line, LALATE can exclusively report. And if you are unsure about the pricing, Lisa is also launching a series of credit card case holders.
Shortly after RHOBH filming ended last season, Lisa and Ken were issued a new trademark for the name “Vanderpump”. And while Lisa has conquered reality TV programming, entertaining and dining, she is now taking her brand to the bedroom. Lisa was issued last August a trademark for four classes of goods from the US Trademark Office. Under the USPTO, an applicant must delineate each class of goods separately.
First, she is seeking to launch a line of “ladies underwear, lingerie, pajamas, panties, shorts and briefs” along with thongs, robes and sleepwear. She is also focusing on the accessories industry. She got protection for “cosmetic carrying cases sold empty”, “credit card cases and holders”, along with purses and similar, officials confirm to news.
Along with jewelry, bedding, bath and towels, Lisa also has her eye on another industry: eyewear. She is seeking to launch “eyewear, namely, sunglasses, eyeglasses and ophthalmic frames and cases therefor”. “Vanderpump” was issued as a 1B Intent to Use application. As previously detailed on LALATE, a 1B applicant represents that they are not engaged in the sale of the goods currently but intend to do so after their mark is approved.
It’s pretty much safe to say, even though we have not had any sexual interaction with Rihanna, we know exactly what she looks like naked. Not that we’re complaining or anything… The 24-year-old “Talk That Talk” singer posed semi-nude in V Magazine with supermodel Kate Moss and revealed her bare derriere for us to all marvel. After, during or before (not sure) the shoot, she posed for a photo in her garters while smoking on some kush, we suspect.
