Doutzen Kroes says the first thing she does after the Victoria’s Secret annual Fashion Show is “eat French fries”.

The gorgeous Dutch model has been an Angel since 2008, and the catwalk event means intense workouts and a healthy diet in the lead-up to the show.

This year’s extravaganza was staged yesterday and after all the hard work is over, the 27-year-old likes to treat herself with fast food.

“[After the show] I want to eat! It’s not that I don’t eat, but I want to eat French fries,” she revealed to Examiner.com.

This year the beautiful model showed off her hard-earned physique in an array of outfits on the catwalk.

The show opened with a circus act at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City and Kroes was quick to get into the spirit with a hula hoop and cute pompom lingerie.

The beauty struck poses with the hula hoop as she sashayed up and down the runway in pink underwear and matching lacy gloves.

Later she flaunted her pert derriere in a white get-up with a show girl-style head dress.

Kroes looked great, but she admits her job means there is a lot of pressure placed on her.

“We always have to be bikini ready… I’m always on a balanced… lifestyle… I always try to eat organic and healthy and fresh, but now before the show I take it a little bit more extreme and cut out all of the sugar and no carbs,” she explained prior to the show.

“I’m really craving some French fries, but it’s nice too because at this moment, my body is probably the healthiest it can get, I eat lots of veggies, I drink green juices, I eat avocado and celery and all these things.”

One of the highlights of yesterday’s show was Rihanna performing onstage.

She was joined by Kroes, who sported black angel wings as she held Rihanna’s hand while the star belted out her hits Diamonds and the aptly-named Fresh Off The Runway.

Man arrested after lingerie is stolen from home

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Newark Police have charged a Wilmington man with burglary and other offenses after they say he was seen with lingerie and crouching outside a home.

Officers were called about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday to Choate Street after a passerby saw a man near a first-floor window. Police say responding officers saw women’s lingerie hanging from the waistband of the man’s pants.

Authorities say the man fled and an officer deployed a stun gun, striking him.

Thirty-nine-year-old Sean Maas has been charged with burglary, trespass with intent to peep or peer. Police say Maas had gained entry to a home and stolen the lingerie.
